ALAMEDA, Calif., May 1, 2014 - BioTime, Inc. through its new research products division ESI BIO, today unveiled a new responsive design website, www.esibio.com, which enriches the online research reagent shopping experience by delivering full content and functionality across all devices. As mobile and tablet use continues to skyrocket, the ESI BIO website allows customers to access all of the website's features across multiple devices – desktop, tablet and smartphone.
BioTime’s ESI BIO division and the new ESI BIO website, has been created to consolidate BioTime’s existing and new stem cell research products under one focused communication platform. ESI BIO’s growing portfolio of research products includes the HyStem® hyaluronan-based hydrogels for 2- and 3D cell culture; the cGMP grade ESI human embryonic stem cell lines; the PureStem® embryonic progenitor cells, cell culture media and reagents, and ESI BIO’s new portfolio of small molecules for stem cell research.

The events section of the site highlights our strong commitment to the research community, placing a special focus on the upcoming International Society of Stem Cell Research event in Vancouver, in June of 2014, where ESI BIO will debut as an exhibitor.
